This exceptional accounting and business advisory practice generated an EBITDA of $325k (after principal’s market salary of $177k) in FY23, from $1.3m in professional fees. Over the last thirty-seven years, the principal has built an exceptional, high-quality practice, ably supported by a loyal and professional team.

From humble beginnings, the practice started in 1987 with six clients and was focused on providing quality management support services to selected businesses and this approach continues today. Aside from a small acquisition in 2008, the practice has grown organically, year on year, attracting A-grade clients. Today, the practice services approximately 150 high quality, client groups.

The practice provides tax advice and return preparation services, business administration services, general business and structuring advice, bookkeeping and CFO/back-office services.

The practice’s clients are primarily businesspeople, typically located in regional Victoria. The clients represent a wide array of industries including automotive repairs, building & construction, entertainment, incorporated associations, investors, primary production, professional services, service & retail, to name a few.
