This outstanding legal practice in Sydney has been established for 39 years, consistently producing $1.8m+ in fees annually. One partner is looking to sell his client base, hand over his clients to a suitable partner, and progressively retire from the profession over the next 2–3 years.

The original practice was established in the 1960’s however the practitioner started within the practice in 1975 as a clerk. After graduating in 1978, the practitioner was admitted as a solicitor in 1979 and then worked in the practice leading up to acquiring the business in 1984. In 1993, the practice added a second partner and has been a two-partner practice from this point. The practice has a long-standing reputation for giving accurate, cost effective, practical and timely advice on matters such as conveyancing and leasing on property and commercial, also wills and estates.

The Property and Commercial Division of the practice has a dynamic team of five staff that would ideally come across with the practice to support the client service and advice.

The clients are mid to high income earners who have accumulated wealth over the last 40 years and have either consolidated their existing holdings and leveraged those holdings to increase wealth or have traded in business and property related assets to generate further revenue streams and wealth.

The practitioner recognises that now is the time to pass the baton; to see a new practitioner / new firm take over the running of the business and continue the superior servicing of its valued clients.
