This exceptional accounting and business advisory practice is expected to generate $1.59m in professional fees FY24(E) and produce a normalised EBITDA FY24(E) of $403k after a market remuneration for the principal of $155k. Over the last 44 years, the principal has built an extremely loyal client base, with practice based in the Riverina regional of regional NSW.

The current practice was established in 2013 and has continued to grow and attract A-grade clients, whereby today, the practice services approximately 951 client entities. The principal's reputation and connection with community began in 1979, through their father’s practice, and a professional relationship with many of these family names continues today.

The practice provides tax advice and return preparation services, business advisory services, general business and structuring advice.

The practice’s clients are primarily businesspeople, typically located in rural NSW. The clients represent a wide array of industries including farming, tyres, construction, investors and transport to name a few.
