This exceptional accounting and business advisory practice is on track to achieve $826k in total income for FY23(E) and produce a normalised EBITDA FY23(E) of $182k after market-salaries for two partners. The two partners have built an extremely loyal client base, with the current practice running for 30 years in the western suburbs of Sydney. The business is ably supported by a small, quality, professional team.

The practice commenced in 1992 with 3 partners. In 2006, one partner departed, and the practice has remained a two-partner practice ever since. In recent years, revenues have remained relatively stable, with new clients replacing existing clients that have either ceased business or moved elsewhere.

Today, the practice services approximately 630 clients, with majority of revenues coming from business clients and associated activities. Clients are largely located in and around Sydney.

The clients represent a wide array of industries including galvanising, building, certifiers, childcare, design and manufacturing, designers, development, earthmoving, electrical, finance, hairdressing, hire and sale equipment, international trade, investments, machinery construction, motor vehicle retail, packaging, printing, road transport, surf life saving to name a few.
