Congratulations to my Practice Succession clients, Anthony Cohen and Warren Krass, on the successful integration of Cohen & Krass with Financial Decisions.

For the last 20 years, Cohen & Krass have been working hard to build a multi-disciplinary practice that provides core accounting, tax, and legal services to their clients.

As part of their succession plan, they recently embarked on a search for a synergistic partner with a strong alignment to the culture, values and services of Cohen & Krass to establish a new strategic direction for their clients.

Led by Chief Executive Damien Cooper, Financial Decisions met its rigorous search criteria.
