There are three tasks to be completed before you attend the conference, so please block out some time to complete them for me over the next few days.

Client Summary

This client summary will provide you with an overview of our guest client and assure you have a basic understanding of the client and business. It is expected all delegates will have reviewed this client summary pack prior to the conference.

Advisory Background: Business Model Canvas
Time to complete: 1 hour
Due date: Wednesday 25th May
Review the business model canvas explanatory videos; there are 11 videos that will provide essential background to some of the work we will collectively complete during the conference.
Each video runs for about five minutes. If you have attended our conference before, you may have previously completed this task – a refresher might be valuable. If you are attending for the first time, a review of the videos is essential.
